I just called and left a message for Branch Manager -Chris Nethercott @ 877-792-6505. This would be the second time that I have filed a complaint with this office.

After a recent cleansing of the office staff, I thought that we will finally get some results. I was wrong. I called the office on 1/3/18, made a appointment for a service for 1/6/18 between 11-1 pm. I started calling the office at 12:50 pm till 1:21 pm with no live party picking up.

I also tried on 1/7/18.

I called today and spoke to a young lady that did not identify herself, but said that Chris Nethercott is the Manager that she would escalate the issue to him to call back. This is just bad service and at this point, I no longer want to do business with them.

Product or Service Mentioned: Orkin Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Early Contract Termination -No Cancellation Fee .

Just cancelled my service. My Orkin man was great, but can never talk to an actual person when I call the branch.

They say leave a message, but do not call back. Have had Orkin for over 40 years, but would no longer recommend them to anyone
