Extremely poor customer service and knowledge on product services.
Highly disappointed in the customer service I received with branch #583 specifically customer service agent Kimberly. She was rude unprofessional and showed no compassion for customers.
They dont provide great service still having the same issues I have when I paid over 1500 for a service. Reached out to Alex who is apparently branch manager waiting for a call back. No one should pay the amount of money to still be presented with the same issues. Along with a pest control they do absolutely nothing for was also charged one month for someone to literally never even come.
No knock in the door(we have cameras on every angle of house) no call just a 100 some dollar charge for absolutely no service which we had canceled prior to that month.
This company is all about getting their money but not actually helping customers. So disappointed.

As of last month or February this year, I’ve always paid on due date by phone by call number on bill. My name is Deborah A. McClendon account #111161****
On the due date I called 2 to maybe 3 times and was unable to reach customer service, Never had issues paying bill on due date. I had a horrible time getting results through customer service opted to call, waited, then it automatically put me in to be called back (which I did not want) tried email.
Received a response on following instructions. That did not work the only choice I had was pay through my bank. Today, I tried customer service and I did get a call back. I spoke to customer service Chris Brown.
He patiently explained that calling in as previously done was no longer available. He gave me the website on how I can pay online. I commend him for taking his time to assure me that my account was up to date. My issue with Rollins is as a customer I did not receive the change with payment.
Mr Brown said that my e-mail was incorrect with one letter.
He apologized to me. I hope this new system gets better.

I had bed bugs. I called you, orkin thinking your the best.
Right.? A bug technologist came and yes i had bugs . Discuss from money to what condist of service etc... He gave me a paper telling me of a few things i had to do before it could.
be sprayed. I asked Travis when the next date would be. He said oh sonetime next week. Ok i did what i was supose to do.
I call because no one called me and no email why you guys wanted my email and never used it. So i m talking to a lady who knows nothing . Cause i have to hang up and wait till they call me back. Ok its been a week since the 1st visit.
Ok 24 hours goes by i call again this time im pist. And the lady called me back right away. Set up an apointment a week later i planned everything out for that day dog had to be kenneled because i work during the . Time we had to stay out of home.
The guy arrived to like i was told. I explained everything to Rome that i did everything on the sheets about bedbugs and i did mentioned i was being sprayed forbed bugs.. 8 hours later i gethome, nothing was done. Next day i called and i was mad.
Because 3 weeks and im still living with bed bugs. Same day service ? Any way again i had to call ,put on hold , listen tohow great you are. I explained to her , then she tells me that they sprayed for spiders.
And charged me. I was pist i saidi have bed bugs there was nomistake i heard travis tell them over the phone. I asked to speak to a higher in charge person. I asked her i did not request a spider spray.
And i want my money back. She said well letme tell them and theyll call you back.nope i demanded they callmebacknow. And the lady was rude saying i dont know ifyou can get a refund and there busy.! I said they better call right back.
Yes she called right back. Again i had to raisemyvoice. And i got the responce back. She was not aplogetic.
Would not discuss the problem. She said it would be 5 days and ill get my refund. Ok. We got it settled.
I calm down and she said your scheduled 2 weeks . Mind you its been almost 4 weeks and im still living in my kitchen with bugs. I told her dont you think that this is an emergency? Iasked for a sooner date.
After awhile on the phone waiting so she could contact the bedbug guy. So i got a week away appt. 4 weeks from the 1st apt. The guy came and was very informative very nice and had no problem..
i asked him when are you coming for the 2nd spray . He said a week. So i waited for a call or something to let me know of an appt. A week later i call again.
Which was last minday. Same thing theyll call you back. From my experience with nit getting phone callls back. I pressed will it be today .
She said it take s 24 hours or 48 is the time they need. Well guess what i am still waiting for that call. I want my money back. If im having all this problem s with you.
How can i beleive my spray was a good completed service. Im still waiting. I felt judjed, i had none of the customer service you talk about. I had to live with those bugs longer than i should have.
And i was treated awful. Besides it hurt my feelings. I paid 700. Dollars for this crapy.service.
i want something done. And im tired of texting . No one will talk to me on phone( a person higher up than the phone ladies. Ive asked and called a few times and no one would respond.

Im just tired of writting over and over. Im nit a text person ,but this was my only way to get someone to hear me!

If youre looking for pest control, DO NOT use Orkinthats the main point of this post and if you care to read on Ill explain why. Weve lived in Bossier City LA for 11 years now and have never had a pest problem.
I always sprayed my yard with Cutter Backyard Bug Control and used ORTHO Home Defense around the perimeter of the house, all openings and inside. I guess I just got lazy and decided to throw away $30 per month and use Orkin Professional services instead of my own tried and true methods. We signed up for Orkins pest control exactly 1 year ago and last month (July 2022) we had an ant and wasp problem. Orkin initially came out (August 2021) and sprayed the interior and perimeter of the home and then returned on a quarterly basis to treat the perimeter of the home with the guarantee if we ran into any pest problems they would come out and spot treat for free.
We called them the 1st part of July 2022 and informed them we had a bunch of ants around our kitchen sink. Orkin responded and put some ant bait around the sink area and told us to leave them alone and not do anything for a week and let the ants take the poison to kill the colony. After a week we still had ants, Orkin returned and put down more ant bait and didnt do anything for another week. We called and complained once again that we had ants and now wasps in our home, the Orkin technician immediately respond and put down 3 different baits all around our kitchen area and we had to wait another week.
Now eventually a person gets tired of calling and complaining about the same thing and begins to wonder if this is worth the $30 per month for these professional services and elevates the issue higher in the chain of Orkin command. So far, the best excuse Ive been given for the ant problem is Well its hot outside and theyre trying to get in where its cool. Now, I cant exactly blame the ants for that but again living in LA for 11 years it gets hot every summer and weve never had a problem before the Orkin Pest Control Professionals took over. I called Orkin and let them know I will be discontinuing my service agreement with them.
Naturally they asked why so I explained and the representative asked if Id mind if a manager contacted me, I said Id love to speak with a manager. A manager calls me back and I explained the situation to him. He informed me that he is the regional manager and would be in Natchitoches LA (about 60 miles away) on 9 August and he would drive up to assess the situation for himself if that would be OK. Absolutely perfect, maybe now something we will get doneNOPEwe set up a time that day for between 3 and 4 pm for him to come.
I took off work an hour early to meet him at the home and what do I get A NO SHOW, no call, no notification whatsoever. I again call Orkin and tell them to immediately ensure my service is canceled and I request a manager to call meWELL, that never happened so here I am writing this complaint to email whoever I can find at Orkin, plaster to my 1200+ friends on Facebook, post on our neighborhood Facebook page to 900 households and let the couple of hundred folks that I work with on Barksdale Air Force Base know about Orkins Professional Services.
I will no longer be BUGGING Orkin about this and will battle these tiny creatures myself or use another service provider. Yall have a great day!

I had a bed bug problem. I called ,orkin thinking there the best.
We set up an Ppointment. Which my firrst spray. 2 weeks. I had to wait.
Living in my kitchen. Then the y arrived on the date.( mind you the list of things i had to do before they came. Which i did. ) they came and sprayed for spiders.
Even tho i talk to rome about my bedbugs
I left thinking ok heres my first spray. I get home and thats when i called and they said spiders. So i asked for another appt. 2 weeks was the soonest.
( they charged my card) i had to tell her i dont want to live witjh these bugs another 2 weeks. So i did get scheduled earlier. They did not care. Was not aplogetic.
And they always have to call you back. Not knowing when theyll be in touch. So finally i hot my 1st spray 3 weeks later from the day the orkin tech was here. He was a very nice .an did what he did.
I asked him when my 2nd spray. He did not know. So i kept an eye out on my emails. Ok again i called toda y.
Asked about it of course the lady that answered new nothing about it. And put me thru to another person. Which they did not answer. So they said thell call you back.
I asked when .24 hours. So here i am waiting again for an answer. I told her i was unhappy. And she could not direct me to aperson that took care of that.
I paid 700. For the service. I was ignored. Nobody wanted to hear me.
And no one cared about my situation. Im pist and sad. Not only the money but orkin made me feel disappointed.and yes hurt my feeling. So here i wait.
I know you were rude. I also beleive if thats the way you treated me how do i know i was given a proper service at my home. Im sorry if my writing isnt a proper letter. I do beleive that some money should be refunded or all of it.
Be cause i do not feel i was given a good service.

Orkin disappointing
My wife and I paid over $8000 for Orkin to get rid of our bat and squirrel problem. Bats were living in the attic and squirrels were getting inside the porch roof and living there.
Orkin came out to our house and gave us a long speech on how they would get rid of our pests. They also put in gutter guards, which was part of the $8000 bill. They patched or covered the holes that the squirrels were entering, but the squirrels were determined to get back in and were able to do so. I ended up getting rid of the squirrels by buying a trap and catching them.
I released them into a state park nearby. The bats continue to live in our attic, where they drop their crap all over the floor. They claim they covered up holes bats were getting in and many were caught using glue traps, but its been a year and the bats remain. I complain to Orkin about this and they said we werent guaranteed to have the bats completely disappear.
Also, we have a big house and they claim they can only go so high on a ladder in order to plug bat holes. Funny, they never told me this when I signed the contract. What a disappointment Orkin is. They initially spend much time with you when they first come out to the house, but once you sign the contract you never hear from them again.
They shouldve been the ones calling me and checking up on whether or not their service was doing as claimed. Instead, I had to continually call them over a years time to let them know I still had bats. Their common excuse was they didnt have enough help. I went to their office during the day and they were always closed.
I would never choose Orkin again.
They are too expensive and unreliable. I feel like I was ripped off.
